The Area

C Crossing Cholomontas mountain holomontas (also called "Ypsizon") is a mountain in the prefecture of Chalkidiki, with a maximum altitude of 1165 meters. It covers almost the entire eastern and central parts of the county. Covered by dense vegetation, especially deciduous trees such as oaks and hardwoods, much of the mountain is part of the network Natura 2000.

How to Reach us

Hotel Apolimeni Petra is on an altitude of 900 meters into heart of Cholomontas mountain, at Chalkidiki Prefecture, on 65th km of the old national road Thessaloniki - Arnea and you can come by car within 60 ~ 70 minutes.

The road is in a very good condition, crossing Cholomontas mountain, covered by dense vegetation, especially deciduous trees such as oaks and hardwoods.
